Notarial translation
Notarial translation – is needed for the submission to the governmental bodies. This document is always legally valid. Basically, a notarial translation is requested by citizenship and migration divisions and registrar offices.
We have translators whose translations are acceptable across «all Minsk passport offices» and other official organizations of Belarus!
Notarial translations are carried out by notarial translators (in individual countries, sworn translators). They are translators listed on the Unified Translator Register of the First Minsk City State Notarial Office. Currently, the register lists around 300 translators.
Such translators are bound by their guidelines to:
- 1Translate documents building on legal grounds in line with the requirements of the civil, tax and other legislation.
- 2Translate documents fully, accurately and credibly.
- 3Translate and interpret on any subject.
- 4Be aware of the legislation and paperwork rules, translation formalization guidelines and requirements for the documents filed for notarial acts.
- 5Not to disclose classified information (secret of notarial activity).
- 6Confirm his or her knowledge of Russian and Belarusian – for Belarusian citizens, knowledge of Russian for foreign citizens.
- 7Translate strictly in due manner and within a specified period of time.
As you may see, such translators are required to be able and to do a lot.
Notarial translation is always ordered in conjunction with translation legalization:

Translation and Legalization discounts and preferences:
- If you indicate you have learnt about us from the Internet, you are entitled to a 5% discount
- Your next and subsequent visits will give you a discount of 10% of the order price
- In special cases, a maximum discount we provide may be 15 % of the order price.
- Pensioners are entitled to a 50 % preference on their personal documents for the whole volume of translation
- Discounts are provided only where requested by customers
